Viewing trip for buying property abroad

Buying property abroad starts after establishing the area where to buy dream homes, holiday homes or investment. Our viewing trip normally runs three nights/four days. During this time you will get familiar with the area. We will ensure that you will see a good variety of properties that fall within your given criteria and price range. You will have an option to re-visit the properties you like as often as the time allows. If you are buying off-plan you will meet a property developer to ask him questions directly.

The viewing trip is aimed at the clients who are serious about buying the property abroad: Spain, Turkey, and Cyprus.  We also make viewing appointment for clients who go under their own steam to Bulgaria and Tenerife. With that in mind, we however do not practice hard sales as we know in most cases our clients do buy property through us during the viewing trip - the quality of properties and service speak for themselves.

For some countries and areas the costs of accommodation and travel are included as part of the package and in other we can book the hotel or alternative accommodation on your behalf at corporate preferential rates in recommended and tested hotels. Your property consultant will have transport to take you round on the viewing trip.

In some areas we pay towards the travelling costs (refund the hotel and airport transport expenses), if the customers buy the property through our company.
