You can spend weeks viewing properties for sale in Turkey through different local estate agents. The number of the estate agents in Turkey is growing and the same properties are offered for sale by different agencies at significantly different prices.
We deal with only reputable property developers in Turkey and include quality developments on our portfolio. The properties we advertise for sale have secure title deeds, which will guarantee full ownership as we only deal with established firms, who value their reputation. However for your peace of mind we do advise to use a local solicitor. We can also arrange for legal advice before you travel to Turkey to buy a property.
We would refund the costs of 3-4 nights accommodation on the hotels booked through our company, if you buy a property in the Bodrum area through us. Please note that on some projects we cannot offer any subsidised trips as per developer's request.
We organise viewing trips at a fixed cost of £99 per person. Offer is only valid for newly built or off plan properties but not re-sales. If you are looking to buy a re-sale property and travel to Turkey under your own steam, we would refund £100 per person (maximum) up to two people per each property the have bought through us in Fethiye.
We would refund the costs of 3-4 nights accommodation on the hotels booked through our company, if you buy a property in Alanya through us. We would be happy to meet you at Antalya airport, the transfer fee of €50 - €75 each way would apply. We would refund the accommodation and transfer costs and pay €100 each for maximum 2 people towards your flights to Turkey, if you buy a property in Alanya through our company.

However, if you are traveling under your own steam, we can still arrange a meeting with our partners on the ground.

Please note that some of the properties we advertise are quoted net of agency commission. The buyer must pay a 3% estate agent's commission. These are standard terms offered by all Turkish estate agents.
