From our experience in selling properties in Tenerife, we felt that the best way to show people around the properties is when the clients arrange their own travel as some of them combine the property viewing trip with a holiday (especially during the summer months) . We, however, discuss your requirements before this is done to ensure that we can accommodate your property search during your trip.
It is very important to establish the budget you can raise to buy a property in Tenerife before you travel. Mortgages to buy a property in Tenerife are easy to arrange, similar procedures to Spain are applicable.
We would refund 3 nights accommodation fees and pay towards your flights (the contribution varies depending upon the price of the property and the time of travel - July and August flights are significantly more expensive). Talk to our Tenerife property consultant as soon after you arrange your travel, so we can book appointments to see various developments in advance. We will prepare the itinerary for you, so you would know in advance which properties you will be viewing.
We will only show you quality properties in the Canary Islands (Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote) -villas and apartments that fall within your property search criteria. We do not pressure the clients with hard sale techniques.
