Payment Terms

 

Euros 1,000 (or GBP 700) reservation fee

      35% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;

      35% is due at finishing of the roofing works;

      30% is due at completion of the complex

Management and Maintenance:

Owners of apartments in the building group PRESTIGE FORT BEACH pay a one-year fee, which is spent for:

·                                 Maintenance of the territory of the complex;

·                                 Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;

·                                 Maintenance of the swimming pools;

·                                 Maintenance of the green area of the complex;

·                                 Year round security;

·                                 Using of the swimming pools;

·                                 Electric lighting of the common territories;

·                                 Electric lighting of the common parts of the building.

§                                 Ventilation of the apartment in owner’s absence – free of charge;

§                                 Using of the sun beds/lounge for the swimming pool – free of charge;

§                                 Using of the parasol sunshade for the swimming pool – free of charge.


“WELCOME” Service– initial general cleaning of the apartment in the beginning of the summer season!
The fee is in amount of 12.00 Euro per square meter per year /VAT 20% incl./ with the following discounts:

10.00 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year /VAT 20% incl./ for three years, if you pay in advance;
8.00 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year /VAT 20% incl./ for five years, if you pay in advance.
